This home sits on a steep slope, giving it both stunning views over Pukekohe and a challenging site. Level terraced areas were created with keystone retaining, and a block retaining wall was installed for an inground spa area. Materials were chosen to extend the home into the garden, with permeable pavers used for the driveway, footpaths and off-street parking.

The colourful garden features a mix of native and perennial planting and a full walk-through style garden is designed to be enjoyed by the green-fingered homeowners. Raised planters provide an easy access kitchen garden and timber privacy screens are used to enclose the spa. Dichondra has been used to create an easy care, no-mow lawn.
